These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mind Detective mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Mind Detective is a fictional detective game. You create or sign in to an account, play cases, chat with in-game characters, and submit identity guesses. Game content is entertainment only and is not a real investigation.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You may sign in with email, Google, or Sign in with Apple (iOS). You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account from the in-app profile screen.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App or its servers.
• Attempt to extract hidden answers outside normal gameplay.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate others or create accounts through automated means.

4. Content and AI

In-game messages may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate character replies and evaluate guesses. You retain rights to the messages you type; you grant us a license to process them as needed to operate the game.

5. Advertising

The App may show ads (including rewarded ads that grant extra daily investigations). Ads are provided by Google AdMob and are subject to your consent choices where required.

6. Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Daily investigation limits and ad rewards may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the App, you also acknowledge that policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
